Gyoza’d or Japanese dumplings
- VEGAN frozen dumplings with vegetables 450 g
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Rice vinegar 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil
- To make the dumplings yaki-gyoza style, fry the dumplings in light oil until brown and crispy on the bottom.
- Pour a tablespoon of water into the pan and steam under the lid for up to 10 minutes.
- Remove the lid and heat until the pan is dry.
- Make the dipping sauce as follows: mix everything together, season to taste.
- Serve with the dipping sauce.
