Beet cutlets with zucchini bean wok.

Preparation time: 15 minutes

You will need:

  • Beet cutlets, Veganic (frozen) 135g
  • Cream, vegetable (fat 15%) 35g
  • Canned beans, white, drained 60g
  • Olive oil 5g
  • Zucchini 185g
  • Red onion 25g

Prepare as follows:

  • Peel an onion and cut into slices.
  • Cut zucchini into slices or strips.
  • Wok onion and zucchini with half the amount of oil in a wok pan.
  • When the vegetables are ready, add the drained and rinsed beans. Heat for a while.
  • Season to taste.
  • Fry the remaining beetroot in a pan in oil.
  • Serve the cutlet with zucchini bean wok and vegetable peel.

Pumpkin lentil steaks with boiled potatoes and mushroom sauce.

Preparation time: 35 minutes

You will need:

  • Pumpkin-lentil steaks, Veganic (frozen) 100g
  • Potato 135g
  • Milk, oat milk (Alpro, Oatly) 150g
  • Olive oil 5g
  • Flour, rice flour 5g
  • Mushrooms 60g
  • Onion 20g
  • Salt (sea salt or colored)

Prepare as follows:

  • Peel and boil the potatoes in brine.
  • Peel and chop the onion.
  • Slice the mushrooms.
  • Fry the mushrooms and onions in half the amount of oil in a pan until almost done.
  • Add the flour and then add the oatmeal while stirring.
  • Heat until thickened.
  • Season to taste.
  • Fry the remaining oil in a pumpkin-lentil steak.
  • Serve boiled potatoes with steak and mushroom sauce.
